Dan Millman is one of the best gymnasts in his group and he doesn't realize what is the meaning of the life and he thinks life is only for party's and funny stuff...but, one day he meet a man (Socrates like he named the men).Socrates seems to be a perfect gymnast and seems to be an old guy working in a Fuel Station.When Dan saw what "Socrates" can do he begging it to tell him the "secret", the secret of the warriwars...the rest of the story I can't tell you.If you want to know more just watch the movie.
